First, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Now that you're getting married, let me take away the stress of planning. I am a full-service, freelance wedding & event coordinator. I offer packages, from handling just “day of” to taking care of the entire event. I also coordinate reunions, luncheons, anniversaries, showers, and any event you may need assistance with. The Tulip Package $225.00 You will benefit from all the hard work I've done organizing a variety of vendors (i.e. bakeries, florists, wedding sites, catering companies, rental companies, limo services, bridal shops, etc.). You will be able to compare items and see prices without all the stress of calling them one by one. I will provide a list of all of my vendors and venues, as well as include a suggestive guide to planning your own wedding. This guide will include basic planning, with a timeline detailing what tasks need to be completed, and when, to guarantee no last-minute surprises. I also provide a "Day Of" checklist, along with a key list of responsibilities of each member of the bridal party, and others. Everything will be put together as a package for the Bride to keep. $225.00 Payment is due upon receipt of Binder. The Rose Package $700.00 This package includes the same basic services provided in the previous package, and adds: Unlimited phone and email access for questions and assistance Vendor Coordination prior to the Wedding Day Rehearsal Planning and Coordination Wedding Day Coordination - Item Pickup/Delivery Wedding Consultant onsite for Ceremony A $200.00 deposit is due at signing of contract. Balance to be paid at Rehearsal The Gardenia Package $1100.00 This package includes the same services in the previous packages, and adds: Budget Planning and Management Coordinating all venue-related planning Rehearsal Dinner reservations Reception Design and Execution, including floor plans and seating charts Place Card Assembly and Placement Out of Town accommodation referrals A $400.00 deposit is due at signing of contract. Balance is due at Rehearsal. The Casablanca Lily Package 10% Wedding Budget, $1900.00 Minimum The "Hands-Free" package. In addition to everything above, I’m happy to add: Complete Vendor Management and Coordination Unlimited venue visits (as needed) Invitation Set-Up & Mailing Receive and Track RSVPs Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Planning Bridal Shower Assistance Fabrication of party/wedding favors Detailed Timeline for Vendors on Wedding Day Coordinate out-of-town visitors with lodging, entertainment Any additional special needs that might arise Honeymoon coordination A $600.00 deposit is due upon signing of contract. Day of Event Services Understanding that many people just seek that extra helping hand on the day of your wedding or event, I also offer day-of services. Let me help! $50.00/HR 6 HR Minimum, free rehearsal planning and coordination for weddings of 100 people or less.
